SUNRISE: Cold front brings snow to the region

A cold front moving into the Pikes Peak region could bring up to 3 inches of snowfall in some areas Monday.
The National Weather Service predicts 2 to 3 inches of snow, concentrated on the eastern plains, the Palmer Divide and Teller County. Most of Colorado Springs likely will see less than 1 inch of snow and a high of 36 degrees.
Temperatures this week are expected to see-saw with a high in the mid-40s and sunny skies Tuesday and a high of about 40 degrees with a chance of snow Wednesday. Temperatures are forecast in the mid-50s Friday
